Our Approach & Fees for Discharging Planning Conditions

 The conditions listed below are just some of the planning conditions we regularly manage and discharge. Every site and permission is different, and requirements can vary significantly depending on the local authority, condition wording, and supporting reports required.

We work closely with your architects, consultants, and planning professionals to deliver a robust, coordinated service from submission through to final sign-off. Because no two projects are the same, it is not always possible to provide a fixed fee in advance. Instead, we offer a transparent hourly service at £75 + VAT per hour, covering the preparation, coordination, submission, and management of your planning condition applications.

We can also manage the submission and coordination of electrical, gas, Openreach, and water services, charged at the same rate of £75 + VAT per hour.

Please note that local authority submission fees and third-party professional fees (such as surveys or specialist reports) are charged separately and are not included in our hourly rate.
